this bug occurs on the biggest size of map, and happen randomly before download new plugins, but those new plugins can success running at another map. I using IOS (Ipad-18)to playing, game version is 1.12.65i (11265),the first time is occurs at last version(sobevi city), the nearly one happen at 1.12.65i (11265) as Tamito city.
