Can you transfer cities between different electronic devices, such as from tablet to phone or from computer to tablet?

Diamonds
Theotown Diamonds are account linked. Any diamonds linked to your account will remain as they are on any or multiple devices you use. They are saved to the games servers. Occasionally, you may get a +- diamond count if you play on multiple devices. Checking back later seems to help some users alleviate the issue.

Plugin Store Plugins
Similar to diamonds, these are account synced. However, you must have been logged into your account when you purchased them. Plugin downloads sync across mobile-mobile and pc-pc but not with pc-mobile. If you get install it under the same account on a new device, they should appear under the "deleted" tab.

***Online Mode Cities ***
These are linked to your account as well. It does take a bit of diamonds to upload, so it is recommended to do so through the steam version if possible. The price depends on the size of the region as well as whether you set a password or not. This is a good option if you want to simultaneously play on multiple devices without moving city files back and forth.

Local plugins (non-plugin store plugins), single city maps and regions
These are all examples of files saved to your local device. They are not synced across different devices so you would need to manually move them.

On pc you can find them here :

Windows: C:\Users(insert username)\TheoTown or %USERPROFILE%\TheoTown
Linux: ~/TheoTown
MacOS: /user/TheoTown

Mobile:

On android (& ios) the easiest way is to open the game, go into region view, press files, then select the files and export outside the game folders. You can follow the same method to import. This is mainly due to TheoTown folder being inaccessible on most android devices.
On ios, you may still find the TheoTown folder by searching for it in the file manager.

You can use a usb port to transfer the data between the devices, or zip up the files and send through email, drive or any other file sharing methods.
