Usually you go on online mode and join an RP server. I believe they use the region chat for RP. But they may use forum or have a Discord depending on the group

I mean depends on how you want to help.
You can volunteer to be an Arabic language mod if you would like that.
Or you can translate the game to Arabic if the translations aren't complete yet.
