City destroyed. Save cant load.

Why is my city backup not loading? Now my city is destroyed. I cannot get it back.

before it got destroyed

by renaming the game files or using the recovery button?

Do it the other way

go to files, reegion, and then delete the city file and rename the oldest one to .city
