yo I am a loyal fan of this game, and I have built many beautiful cities. However, I have discovered an issue. Previously, I used an unofficial download of the same game, but later I discovered this problem and searched for legitimate channels. Later, I found it on Google, but my old account was still logged in through the channel server
So I am currently facing a problem where my account cannot download plugins. I have told my friends about this issue, and they all say that it is a control over the channel server account. Can I apply to the official to restore my account's permission to download plugins? I really want to build my city. I accidentally downloaded the channel server
