TheoTown doesn't open on macOS

I recently tried to open TheoTown on my macbook but It doesn't open.

what do you mean by not open exactly

they basically said they can't launch the game

I know that but there are a few causes to that and it depends on how the game behaves

Its helpful to me to know what the game does and the error message if any that the game gives
