After new update, my achievement cant unlock even when the recruitment already done like, i take a loan, building Christmas tree and santa house, and build a weather building but they still locked. Why, Did i do it wrong?

Get the achievement indicator plugin. It will tell you whether you can still earn achievements on a map or not
