All my progress got delete

I got a new phone and i havent played Theotown in a long time,and when i came back all my regions and cities were GONE. i log into my account hoping my progress comes back,it doesnt.all that i found where 90 deleted plugins that i installed. Can someone help?

with maps, your progress is stored on your device instead of your account. If you still have your old phone, you can transfer the files over
