perhaps you can sign in forum and check whether something wrong occur or email to game support
idk what did u do cause you just provided a screenshot. perhaps you play pirate game (but its free right now), say something bad, or whatever
now you can register again or email the support

I am afraid there is nothing that can be done.
Per our rule book, piracy and the use of exploits is a ban able offense.
The Dev team have made it clear that bugs that would make that message appear are not possible.
In that way, even if you dont want to admit it, until further evidence I have the obligation to ban you.
feel free to complete a unban form if you feel it was unjust and have the evidence to support it.
