My Phone suddenly getting Freeze and Restart again after new Update

For Dev after the recent Update, My TheoTown Getting Crash and my Phone Freeze into automatically restart.
This is happened after i watch ad in press ads button for use some feature like Get Diamond 💎 or Fasten The Buildment.

Please fix this issue, i can't play Theotown like i always do 😭😭

Thr game versions is this..
The plugin i install only the waste power plant which cost 50k

The game is android version 😭
I can't find the ptag files.
The detailed is after i press ads and the ads is done my phone become freeze and automatically restart.

On Android, TheoTown files are stored in the following directory:

• /storage/emulated/0/Android/data/info.flowersoft.theotown.theotown/files

On your file manager, by default, you should be in /storage/emulated/0/. Uninstalling the game on Android will delete all files, unless you decide to keep the files when prompted by the removal process.

If you cannot access this location through your file manager (Android 11 and up restricts access to external storage for apps), you may access these files in 2 ways:

1. Use the in-game file manager that is accessible from the region stage menu.
2. Use the Files app by Marc apps & software.

You can find your plugin, music, region and city files there as well as logs for debugging purposes.

I can't find it in android folder

The chronology is exactly like i said in first after i press ad option my phone is stuck and restart even before i instaled that plugin

Already out all apps i have before play and even reinstall again

But the same problem still occur

The game is fine as long i am not deal with ads 😭

Does it still silently crash when you press yo watch ad? Does the crash (now) produce any crash log?

I Update again with newest ver, it's doing better 👍👍. but, i still bit scared to press the free diamond button with ads more than 3 times like first ver i played,

I have a new update for you guys @digital ginkgo and @hallow grail
first update to v.1.12.54 then go to settings, other, enable debug then experimental features, disable lazy texture loading and restart the game
See if this helps let me know

Well I am at the version 54a something now but it still freezes after it loads a city😭 I can't disable it cause I cannot open the app due to the freeze

No it loads the region but after it loads it crash
