When I opened the first city, I could open it normally, but when I wanted to open the second city, a bug occurred, namely it suddenly exited. Please fix it

It happened after downloading the sun helios plugin and after I restarted it I couldn't enter it.

The plugin does say that it is large and can cause performance issues. Your options are to disable it or I dont know, just disable it.

I've disabled it in the plugin settings and when I log in again I still can't log in.
