I’m using a microwave antenna, but the power still isn’t connected even though it has already been wired. It's only connected in the surrounding area.
However, when I use a fossil fuel power plant(I'm not using every power plant because of slightly panic attack😅), it works right away and functions normally.

You can always make power jump from building to building
Assuming that for some reason the power line isn't working for you
But personally I would try destroying the power line and replacing it, or building a second one in a different spot

I'm not sure how that could be related to DSA. Probably just a visual bug, as those buildings did get power even though that was not communicated through the overlay.
