is it account issue or game issue?

i tried all those methods such as :

using 2 different TheoTown accounts
using 5 Google Play Games accounts
using 0 account

Hmm, Im not quite sure. Clear the cache from the app perhaps.

And perhaps purchase a plugin with the account you want to keep and relaunch
