#Where have all my plugins gone? They have not transferred!

I recently installed the game on another device and logged in. But i only received the diamonds. Both my plugins and my purchases have all disappeared with no way of getting it back. What should I do?
Im in version 1.12.59a android and I have downloaded plugins on an old device. I switched to a new device but the diamonds only appeared. My purchases and plugins were not transferred.
Steps to reproduce
On a new device download theotown and log in.

Generally I expected that my 476 plugins along with 7 local plugins and 'features' bought would appear along with my ingame purchases that I bought with diamonds.

Unfortunately none of that happend and only the diamonds was transferred.

Were you logged in on your old device when you got the plugins. Plugins are account bound. If they were bought while logged in, it would be saved, though if you got them before that, it wont be saved to the account

All of them. On my old lenovo device i had some 476 plugins and 7 local plugins. I also have a many 'features' bought. But none of it went through.

Diamond status and acquired plugins are saved in your account. Once you are logged in, you can download the plugins again for free.

So I tried to do what they said but I didn't quite understand what they meant. So I downloaded a plugin that I had previously downloaded with diamonds, but my diamonds got spent on the purchases meaning the plugins didn't return completely.

But there is something that I feel might be the problem. You see when I wanted to transfer devices I forgot the password to my pre existing account and I didn't know which email it was. So I created a new account and I didn't really purchase or download plugins on this new account(I did on the old account) . But even so the diamonds still passed through but my purchases didn't.
