I previously had an account containing 40 plugins and 100+ diamonds

Then I accidentally corrupted all my game data while installing a Minecraft mod and had to factory reset my phone.

When I re-downloaded theotown and then logged into my account all my data was gone (40 plugins and 100+ diamonds)

I'm playing on an offline map but my internet is always on which means I'm online (right?)
Is it possible for an account to suddenly log out? Because I feel like my account has reverted to its previous data (data from 2024), but the plugin is 0.

well no, you arent online, because diamonds and plugin purchased are linked to an account
if you dont have an account then ther game has no way of telling

I get diamonds from Redeem codes but for plugins I buy them and sometimes use ads
