Somebody Help Me fixed it

I can't open the plugin store, or the online area in my theotown, the game system detects me offline, even though my network is fine, please someone help me fix this, I just bought it and just played on the pc

My TheoTown can’t connect to online services (online mode/download plugin).
Internet is fine, app is updated, cache cleared.
Any ideas what might cause this?
