Museums don't count for education statistics wise

In the screenshot I have 99% education coverage, yet high education is nowhere near maxed out neither in this graph nor in the education tab. I temporarily increased the radius of a high school so it could cover areas that would normally be covered by museums alone, and I saw a spike in both... please fix.

(I checked and it also affects low education. Health is also not maxed out even though every residential area is covered but I failed to identify why)

Museums have a rather modest range, so it would make sense that increasing range of more powerful schools increases the coverage. Otherwise, the missing 1% may be caused by upgrading buildings.

Nope it happened instantly, plus I am VERY careful to ensure 99% coverage and a big spike that starts exactly when I expand high school range and ends exactly when I diminish it is obviously caused by it

In that case, please provide the affected city file (either from maps or regions folder)

TheoTown files are located under such directories:

• Windows: C:\Users(insert username)\TheoTown or %USERPROFILE%\TheoTown
• Linux: ~/TheoTown
• MacOS: /user/TheoTown
• Android: /storage/emulated/0/Android/data/info.flowersoft.theotown.theotown/files
  By default you should be in /storage/emulated/0/. Uninstalling the game on Android will delete all files, unless you decide to keep the files when prompted by uninstaller. (android 11 onwards restricts access to external storage for apps, so if the files cannot be accessed this way, opt for the in-build manager explained below)
• ios: Search "TheoTown" in the file manager app

If you cannot access game files through these directories, game has an in-built file manager for mobile devices which is accessible from the region view menu.

You can find your plugin, music, region and city files there as well as logs for debugging purposes.

East town has a bunch of museums and a single high school, just increase maintenance in the high school to 200%, wait a few days, decrease it back to 140%, wait a few days, then see the spike and fall in the high education chart

Well, they let them upgrade to TTT level, but they still need a place for long term learning - hence, they need proper schools.

Not really? I have education basically maxed out, they never complained about lacking education when clicking on them. It is effectively the same as a high school in any way except in the chart and statistics where they don't count for some reason.
