Making a diamond transaction, but the diamonds that have been purchased cannot be added even though

Here I am very confused about what happened, I just made a transaction to buy a diamond item in the TheoTown game, and the diamonds I bought were also processed differently.

Here are the items I bought;

1. 100 diamonds
2. 250 diamonds

The proof is in the screenshot photo, I am from Indonesia so the screenshot results are in Indonesian according to my country, I am very confused the first transaction was successful but the diamonds did not increase at all, I should have gotten 250 diamonds at the start of the transaction, then in the second transaction I bought a diamond item for 100 diamonds but it was the same as no diamonds added to the game, and this made me very confused and anxious about this

After investigating, it's not because of mods or anything like that, but because of the gem limit, which is only 100k.

And earlier my gems were at the number 101,920.
