Why can't I take screenshots in TheoTown app itself it always says "Taking screenshots isn't allowed by the app or your organization".

No, but only two permissions are allowed in my settings. My phone is Vivo Y100

If you're on Vivo... Go to settings > Privacy > Turn off Screen Capture Protection
