Optimization help

Does anyone know how to turn off the effects (like the water on maps having that sparkle effect, trees swaying, etc…)? It looks really pretty, but if I zoom out, it starts lagging, hence ceasing to look pretty

Also, why does changing resolution just zoom in?? I’m so confuddled by that 😵‍💫

Here, check the graphics part in the settings. You can see the bunch of effects and you can turn it on/off

Mine shows only a few of those. I tried having my phone in landscape and portrait mode, as that DOES change what you can see (i.e. I lost many resolution options)
