all my cities and plugins are gone when i log in can anyone help me

Hello, we are currently experiencing intermittent TheoTown online service interruptions due to a significant surge in new players. We are monitoring the servers closely and will provide updates as they become available.

All services requiring an online connection are affected, including:

• Plugin store
• Online mode
• Account login
• Forum
• Gifts
• Diamond redemption
• Online gallery

Online mode, plugin search and plugin comment search has been temporarily disabled.

Login issues on Android: Because of the rapid increase in players, we have hit the capacity limits for Google Play Games services. We are already in contact with Google to increase these limits.

Did anything happen before?

Such as uninstalling the game, a new device, ect?
