My background music is gone

In the settings, there is a music library, and I turned down the volume. After a few hours, I logged back in and the music library was gone, so I couldn't restore my background music. I hope you understand what I mean.m

if i do restart, my plugin and town is gone?

No. As plugins and towns are stored locally. You can see the save files at regions/default if your town is located in the first region "Theonia". If the city was created then it is saved in maps.

That is why your town is wiped out when uninstalling and installing the app as the local data is erased through uninstall.
