I’m an early player from 2018. I would like to play the game on iOS, but the diamonds that I got way back from 2018+ were not recovered on the iOS and still in Android. Is it possible to move it over iOS?

One thing i remember that, if i dont use google games service, the diamond were never there in the first place
Logging in on my google account fixes the issue

All services requiring an online connection are affected, including:
- Plugin store
- Online mode
- Account login
- Forum
- Gifts
- Diamond redemption
- Online gallery
Online mode, plugin search and plugin comment search has been temporarily disabled.
Login issues on Android: Because of the rapid increase in players, we have hit the capacity limits for Google Play Games services. We are already in contact with Google to increase these limits.

Sign out of the account that is not synced yet, close the app, clear app cache, log back in. Make sure it is the same account as it is on the other device, it tells you your account name somewhere in-game. Also while doing in, ensure both devices are connected to the internet

So, i tried the same way you told me
It is work, definitely synced
HOWEVER
It only work on the situation where you purchase a plugin on Android first, and later the iOS one
After both were restarted, the iOS have this message pops up, while the Android does not
As a note: I did not sideload Theotown/hack it through anyways on iOS/touch the settings

if you havent actually hacked it relaunching typically helps

Thank you all for the support. I'll give you a how-to on fixing this issue, if there's someone else have a similar issue:
- Try to login first with your forum account
- Later, buy a random plugin.
- Do a restart
- And the diamond were restored (if there's a message where it says 'This version has been hacked', simply relaunch the game)
After observing:
There's a possible issue betwren Google Play Games and the forum credential in game that makes this sync problematic.
Hopefully you guys can fix this
