Hi, sorry for the interruption.
I’m looking for advice about recovering an old TheoTown save.
I played in mid-2023, and while my Google Play achievements came back, my city didn’t.
I’m using the same Google Play account as before.
Any help or clarification would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Oh no… I’ve progressed as far as the Moon. Is it possible to recover my previous city? Why are the achievements saved to my account, but the game progress isn’t?

Cloud save at least in that style has never been a thing servers aren't cheap, and for the most part it's hard to validate that cost for single play cities. And achievements are directly through Google Play
All that data would have to be saved on game servers somehwere
And the only way to get the save back would be if it was on an old device that you still have
