is it different between plugins on PC and Mobile?

i've tried to run it but the game not recognize these files (MPF is from my mobile plugins, Plugin file is from forum). am i missing something?

.mpfs need to go into the managed plugins folder

As for everything else there, they should show up

how about the PLUGIN File? the game doesn't recognize it tho, i mean like nothing changes even in the local plugins it's not show up
