Yes i had removed it first, I'm using mew asphalt road because it's just so happens to be a straight two way road

I've tried, removed the asphalt first on the west opening of the intersection, and put the line there. It worked as long as i didn't put the asphalt back again.
When i put the asphalt back on again, it became exactly as pictured on the meme above.
