Account progression lost?

So i alr ask alot of time in general dan language bar and i dont see anyone trying to approach my question, now i will ask another thing here. so previously i play on my iphone and alr linked in to my gmail. My iphone battery got low so i want to play on my ipad, when i link my same account(same username,pass,gmail) the progression on my iphone is not appearing on my ipad and instead the one on ipad force me to play from the start. is there any helpful information

Apparently, you need to upload your own city using 500 diamonds if you want to play it on another device. Your city is only saved locally on the device you are using, not in the game database.

so to load my progress on another device i need spend 500 diamond?

Well you could just transfer the city file back and forth but that isnt really the best solution

More than 500 dm actually, it depends on how big your region is. And to claim one city, you have to spend another diamonds

For example, the Tributaries region costs around 1k dm
