I can't save the progress, i try so many times and it still couldn't save, please help.. 🥲

Could you specify the issues? If you are asking how to save your game progression, then go to settings and click save. However, if you want to save your progress even when you have deleted the game or perhaps you want to play it on another device, then you need to upload your progress using 500 diamonds. Apparently, for now, the game only saves your progress locally, not on their database.

The auto save & the save from setting didn't work too, and now i can't login to my account

Could you make it more specific? I don't understand how the problem occurs. Perhaps you could do a screen recording to show the specific problem. As for the issues preventing you from logging into your account:

Do not paste your password into the password section, as the game only displays dots. You need to enter it manually.
The game database is currently overloaded, causing this problem for many players.
You entered the wrong password.
