As for title, everything else seems to work properly. I'm aware of the issues caused by the unexpected growth in popularity in Indonesia, but it seems weird that only that section isn't working. Also searching "scenario" in the plugin store doesn't produce any result.

yes, search functionality in the plugin store is disabled due to server load. See #announcements
However, scenarios have their own category in the plugin store so you should be able to switch to them if you see the categories.

No, not really. Its related to the server load so the search function was removed intentionally
