so i'am build a casino in theotown but Suddenly the building is empty, there are no workers. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Press the bar chart icon on the left hand side of the screen to see demands (it appears similar to the top left box in the image below)

If the bar is above the line, it indicates that people want to move in and therefore, you should provide more of that zone.

If the bar is **below **the line, it indicates that you should provide services and other requirements. You can see what services each zone type requires at each wealth level in the image below.

In sandbox mode, you can manipulate demands to an extent. If you go to the demands chart, the + and - symbol allows you to inflate or deflate the demand. Having the line maxxed out does automatically mean people would move in. You would still need to provide the services in the image to increase the population.
Given that needs are met, the height of the line indicates how fast people will move in.

-# The icons in the image indicate power, water, police, fire, health, park, lower education, higher education and sport in that order in the bottom row of residential column.

The demand was previously high for commercial areas but suddenly the demand disappeared

ell seeing as that building has room for 2.5k workers

Even if you had some demand it likely wasn't enough for that building

And one more question plss how do i upgrade education there are like 4 school in the city and like the people didn't want to go to school

Is it because the school is elementary school?

You also need high schools

But once you reach that level you can fix that
