My city won't open and it says "damaged file" | TheoTown | Page 1

So I have a big city in the Tributaries region, and I tried to enter but when it finished loading, it didn't appear and i was sent back to the map, i did this a lot of times and even restarted my phone. I tried opening the .city file, but it showed me this message which says "The city cant be loaded, the file seems to be damaged"
What can I do? I really love this city!!! Please spedd I need this!

I even deleted the cache and it stays the same

This likely occurred due to a crash or you closing the game while it was saving

This is part of a region though?

Can you send a screenshot from the region view with the map selected but before you hit open

Can you go into the file manager and go into the regions folder, and then into tributaries. From there you can delete the 0_0.city file and rename the largest 0_0.city.backup file to 0_0.city. It will be older but better than nothing

Yeah I did this. It doesn't appear in the regions map but well at least i have it back
