(i currently dont have a picture since i have stop trying to create a map) but usually it happens when i chosed the biggest size and it's in a 4x4(of course it is) and then my game would crash and after i check on it, a region dissapeared(i have forgot which side was missing)

Your region wasnt fully generated when your device crashed. This is a RAM issue. You can still create smaller regions which should help. You can also reduce RAM usage by allocating more RAM and closing background apps

without any background apps
since any background apps (ex: spotify) will back me out of the game and i have to get in the game again

Its possible that you didnt and never game version use up more resources qhen creating new regions.
