wouldnt really practical i would say, like imagine if you just finished building a custom road and then just want to place said road deco preset

and then it just replace everything with the default road and ruin your progress

I'd find it quite convenient if I could just slap some premade intersections and then just connect them with roads

well for example the custom road you built is an invisible road with blue asphalt road fill

then the default road in the road deco preset would replace that custom road and ruin your progress
