Missing road icon not going away

Weird glitch
I made a copy of the world and deleted everything in that area and it still persisted, I unpaused and put on 2x speed for like 10 seconds and nothing happened

are you sure those refer to the buildings in the image

if plugins improperly define building height, the indicators will appear way higher than they should
