My city has around 170~ years and has been fine with population but now the counter isnt working? It wont go up or down at all no matter what i do, i did buy uber mode right before but uber mode wasnt the reason last time this happened to me so whats the problem?

You can see it goes up then down then up and flatlines multiple times because everytime i delete all the homes and try again they cap at a certain point and the counter stops working.

If you delete homes then population will decrease. After people move in your population would increase. Looks like you may not be seeing a huge change mainly because if you look at the graph, the poor and middle class ones are changing so perhaps the lower class people are building their houses to be more wealthy?
I mean id you dont do anything and leave it alone for a few minutes and it doesnt go up at all then that would be an issue though
