Can't login to the game

I can't log in and keep getting stuck on the loading screen. I've tried restarting my phone but it's still the same.

Do you have a lot of plugins?

Quite a lot I think there are around 190

It could be that you need to unistall some, how long have you waited on the game to load?

But I'm afraid if I uninstall I'll lose my city

On Android, TheoTown files are stored in the following directory:

• /storage/emulated/0/Android/data/info.flowersoft.theotown.theotown/files

On your file manager, by default, you should be in /storage/emulated/0/. Uninstalling the game on Android will delete all files, unless you decide to keep the files when prompted by the removal process.

If you cannot access this location through your file manager (Android 11 and up restricts access to external storage for apps), you may access these files in 2 ways:

1. Use the in-game file manager that is accessible from the region stage menu.
2. Use the Files app by Marc apps & software.

You can find your plugin, music, region and city files there as well as logs for debugging purposes.

Try using this file manager app (mentioned in step 2) to remove some plugins from the managed plugins folder of your game

Thank you I was able to enter the game but I had to give up some of my favorite plugins😭

You can always try to remove some that you use less, and then add those back
