Loading Issue

So I've been restarting ts and my device since yesterday, and it still doesn't work. What does the invalid city file mean?

Caused most likely by city file corruption, access game files externally and rename the offending city file.

On Android, TheoTown files are stored in the following directory:

• /storage/emulated/0/Android/data/info.flowersoft.theotown.theotown/files

On your file manager, by default, you should be in /storage/emulated/0/. Uninstalling the game on Android will delete all files, unless you decide to keep the files when prompted by the removal process.

If you cannot access this location through your file manager (Android 11 and up restricts access to external storage for apps), you may access these files in 2 ways:

1. Use the in-game file manager that is accessible from the region stage menu.
2. Use the Files app by Marc apps & software.

You can find your plugin, music, region and city files there as well as logs for debugging purposes.
