what gameplay value does that have?

it sounds like a lot of extra effort to implement (since you'd have to differentiate between roads that use left hand traffic and those that do not, that's bound to break a lot of stuff)

doesn't sound worth it for such a flavor change that essentially does nothing

Didn't someone make a suggestion about cars running on the left side of the road and someone said it was possible

And didn't you say trains are cars and rails are roads
If cars can run on left side of the road trains can do it on left side of the tracks
