The ipad where I played on has broken. I have been playing for hours and loved the game and lost my city.
I now have a new Ipad.
I have never made an in app online account.
I did make an in app purchase on my old ipad, the details and receipt are attached as a photo.
The apple id which I played on was weenknatasja@gmail.com.
The region name was Trotseergebied and the city name was Trotsdam.
I was really hoping you guys could do something for me so that I can keep playing my City as I really dont wanna start all over again.
