My reasoning:

• The tool is very useful (at least for me) and I use it just as much as the remove tool
• It gets buried under many plugin categories, making it harder to access despite its usefulness
• It would often be useful to eyedrop some things without leaving the menus that you’re in
• It just feels like it fits on the sidebar more; it’s not a category like the rest

Of course I don’t know about the technical side of things so excuse me if this is technically impossible for some reason.

And if not, can you at least set its ordinal to be early in the list, next to Recent and Plugins?
