I would like to ask if someone can tell a plugin that provides service tiles like fire department, park, medic, police etc. Building big cities becomes difficult when you constantly have to place big service buildings that don't even provide much of an aspect. Someone please suggest a plugin that helps so.

Right. I made my own service tiles and provided 10000 aspect but when it is loaded into the game it just shows 100.
