Recently I've upgraded my game and my existing bus depots stopped working. When tried to build or buy vehicle, it keeps telling me "missing requirements". What are the missing requirements? How can I fix that?
And yes, I've tried destroying and rebuilding the existing depots. Same result shows up everytime.
