Is it possible to make any of my existing cities have left hand traffic?

Updated to the new version, saw that there's a new left hand traffic option but I dont know if I can do it for my existing cities

Should just be a visual change, so yeah

I didn't tag it as gameplay and basically when I went to make a new town there was a button that said left handed traffic but I have other towns and I was wondering if I could change the traffic on the existing ones

Pretty sure you can't convert already created cities anymore.
