After installing the new public release, I got this kind of message in some of my uber mode cities about a shortage of power or water, as well as a red exclamation mark ❗️ symbol over some power/water stations I did have.
I don’t imagine this is intentional, given that the point of uber mode was to get rid of things like this? Also, my happiness is still at 100% btw.

Basically, it still registers how much water or whatever the buildings need
it won't make your citizens mad if you're in uber mode
that's basically just what it always says. Your production buildings just aren't producing enough for the amount of buildings

yes, i understand this. it isn’t too disruptive gameplay-wise, it’s just a bit annoying and seems like it shouldn’t happen
