Katori's big school and water treatment facilities have been fixed.

I am reluctant to fix large 4x4 school as then a single building will cost 80k theons per month to maintain.

me and i assume many people still think having functional properties in the city behaving like they should whether or not having unlimited money, is very important

As the games mechanics advance, and function becomes more important, its nice to have older plugins that still could give you what you want

Can't you fix it like, reduce the influence? Like, it's said to be 7000 on the store, that's in fact too much. If you reduce the influence to like, 700, it would be 8k per month, it's more viable and I would pay that to have it in my city

I have logged in my city and noted that the monthly costs of that buildings that you fixed have gone like to the skies. I'm paying now something like 30k per month on each one of them. Is this meant to be like this? This is just to much, my income dropped from 120k to 40k

Like, I don't mind paying more per month if a building is good or op, I think that is the best approach in updating/balancing. But I think that it just increased too much, maybe do It in a exponential scale?
