Population not working | TheoTown | Page 1

I build a brand new City in a brand new region but when i unpaused to let everything strat building (residential) the population didnt go up even though the homes were being built and every house had 1 resident, but the population counter at the top of the screen never moved up from 0 and its the same issue with commercial structures.

Whats wrong?

Im on version 1.12.23a
Ive had no previous problems similar to this.

Residential

Industrial

Thats not the problem

The problem is the population not working at all

Houses are being built but the counter isnt going up

Your not understanding, theres nothing wrong with the demands, the population counter isnt working. It keeps saying theres only 1 person living in each house yet it says no one is living in the city

Okay dosent matter anymore the region disappeared when i logged out and logged back in
