Hello, My TheoTown username is Ransford. I created an account but accidentally used a random Gmail that I can’t access anymore. I had a big city saved online with this account, but now I’m logged out and can’t reset my password. Is there any way to help me recover my account or transfer my city to a new email address that I own? I have some screenshots of my city, and my region, Thanks for your help.

When I make the ransford account, I type random email address cuz I only want to play online so I don't think that's important
And when I log out I forget my password so I click "forgot password" then it tells me to show the Ransford account's email address and that's when I forgot what email did I make
So yeah, I can't reset my password cause I make a random email address when making the account

If you don't know the email address, there's not much I can do to recover your account or establish your identity. The google account nickname you mentioned is not stored anywhere on our systems.
