Account recovery (?)

Hi, i have question:
My phone today got bricked (motherboard fried most likely) and cant really recover anything yet, including losing access to couple gmail accounts.
I had my theotown account linked to one of them but now since i lost Access to that account and phone i cant play on my regions and have all my diamonds.
Now is there a way to recover that account with diffrent email account and recover my regions?

Unless you have any way of proving your ownership of the account, I'm afraid not. This also only applies to online regions.

i forgot username and password but my email is linked to an account already i pressed the forgot login info and added my email but never received an email for pasword resseting or smth
