One city on 2 devices

Does anyone know how to build same city on 2 devices? I logged in on my iPad to my account but I can’t see city which I made already on my phone. I want to edit it on my phone and iPad

Since version 1.8.45, there's an online mode in TheoTown. You can access it by tapping a button 'Online Regions'. There you can play on free regions, or access the locked ones with a password. Also, you can upload your own region, by tapping a '≡' button in main menu. But remember, it will cost some diamonds or region coins.
