New regions are blacked out. Cannot create city/play.

When I created regions after finishing the tutorial it is blacked out. I tried creating with different region sizes thinking that was the problem but not. I think the problem was that I alt-tabbed out to different application when the region was being created. After that I was able to create a region and play normally if I didn't tab out.

I'm assuming you've attempted to reload?

What was the size of the region?

Yep I did reload. I tried the second and third size of maps before realizing it might be because I was alt-tabbing out.

It could also be a memory issue
